​Registration:

​

• Registration for the conference will commence on 31st January from 9:00 AM

• Venue: Platinum Jubilee Building, Ground floor

• The desk will remain open all three days till lunch

 

Payment of accommodation charge (ISI Hostel & NSSO GH):

​

• Please pay accommodation charges, in cash, at the registration desk with the
  exact denomination.

• A money receipt will be provided.

 

​Food timing (31st Jan - 2nd Feb):

 

• Breakfast: 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM  

• Lunch: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
• Dinner: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM

 Note: 

1. Food Venue: C. D. Deshmukh Bhawan Dining Room

2. The conference dinner will be held on 1st Feb

3. Arrangements for dinner will not be made on 2nd Feb.

Car pickup: 

​

• Car Pick-up and drop-off facilities will be arranged for participants staying at the ICAR Common Guesthouse, NBSS&LUP Guesthouse and the Recline Hotel. 

• Pick-up timings:

  • ICAR Commong Guest house: 8:00 AM​

  • NBSS&LUP Guesthouse: 8:10 AM

  • Recline Hotel: 8:35 AM

• Drop-off timing: 9:00 PM from ISI 

• No car pickup arrangements will be made for participants staying at NINFET Guesthouse. The Guesthouse is well connected to the Kolkata Metro Network. Please take the metro towards Dakshineswar and get down at Baranagar Station. Take an auto from the road to ISI. Metro connections are available till 9:45 PM.

 

Cultural Program:

A cultural program is scheduled to take place at the PJA Auditorium on 1st Feb, starting at 7:00 PM. 

​

Check out (ISI Students' Hostel):

​

Students staying in the ISI Students' Hostel will have a checkout on the 2nd positively by 12:30 PM. No exception will be granted. Another program is scheduled in the hostel on the 3rd and we have to hand over the hostel for cleaning immediately after.
