Types of abstracts:

​

• Oral Presentation: Abstracts of papers are invited, not exceeding 350 words for lead/invited talk and competition award papers.
   

• Poster presentation: Abstracts, not exceeding 250 words should be uploaded in the prescribed template (available below).
  
  The poster dimensions for display should measure 75 x 100 cm. The poster should contain the Title, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion, supplemented with three tables and high-quality photographs. Clarity in visual content is paramount, ensuring legibility from a minimum distance of one meter.
   

• The oral/poster presentations will be evaluated by a panel of judges for presentation awards

Note: A pre-registration fee of ₹1,000 (for Indian participants) or USD 20 (for international participants) per abstract - adjustable against the final registration fee - must be paid at the time of abstract submission. Abstract acceptance will be confirmed only after the full registration fee has been received.
